"Multicultural, Multilingual, and Whole: A Space to Be Fully You"

Living between cultures and identities can be both beautiful and deeply challenging. As someone who understands the complexity of navigating more than one heritage, I’ve created a space where individuals can explore their stories, values, and sense of belonging—without needing to choose just one path.

My 1‑to‑1 sessions are designed for individuals who are balancing multi‑layered cultural identities, whether you're a parent raising children with dual heritage, a professional working in a diverse environment, or simply someone exploring your own place in the world.

🌍 Who I Work With

I support individuals navigating questions around identity, belonging, and difference, including:

  • People from mixed or multiple cultural, ethnic, or racial backgrounds

  • Parents raising children in dual-heritage families

  • Professionals working across cultures or with diverse communities

  • Individuals repatriating, relocating, or living between worlds

  • Anyone feeling “in‑between” identities, languages, or homes

🌱 What You Can Expect From Our Work

1. A Relational, Non‑Judgmental Space

I offer a warm and reflective environment grounded in empathy, curiosity, and respect. As a Greek therapist living in the UK, my work is informed by personal and professional experience in navigating cultural complexity. This helps me attune to what it means to feel at home in multiple places—and sometimes in none, it is more of an internal space.

2. Tailored support

Our sessions are shaped by your needs. Whether you’re seeking support around life transitions, identity questions, or emotional challenges, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you. I offer therapy in English and Greek, both online and in person.

3. A Focus on Identity, Belonging, and Language

Together we can explore:

  • The experience of being seen (or unseen) in your full identity

  • Navigating assumptions based on physical appearance or background

  • Language and accent as part of cultural connection or tension

  • How heritage and upbringing influence your relationships, parenting, or professional life

You don’t have to “fit” one culture or choose between them!

4. Support for Parents & Professionals

Many of the people I work with are:

  • Parents navigating how to pass on cultural values, language, and pride to their children

  • Professionals who support or work with diverse populations—educators, therapists, carers, or community leaders—who want to reflect on their own identity and cultural lens

Therapy can be a space to process, reflect, and grow—personally and in how you relate to others in your work or home life.

🎯 What Sessions Feel Like

  • Thoughtful, relational conversation

  • Space to reflect and be fully heard

  • Gentle challenge when needed, always within a supportive frame

  • Collaboration: you are an active part of the process

  • A place to make meaning, not just manage 'symptoms'

📚 Additional Offerings

Alongside 1‑to‑1 therapy, I also provide:

  • Webinars and talks on multicultural identity, parenting, and belonging

  • Clinical supervision and consultation for professionals working across cultures and languages
