Understanding the Dual or Multi-Heritage Experience: Get support that fosters Wholeness & Belonging

For parents, professionals, and educators navigating the beautiful complexities of multicultural identity in their home or their workplace.
Raising dual or multi-heritage children comes with unique joys and challenges. As a parent in an inter-racial & inter-cultural marriage, I have been journeying with the nuances involved in adopting a conscious parenting approach that attends to this particular context. As a researcher, I have also spent years immersing myself in both useful and less useful literature around the specific needs of those who inhabit multiple cultural influences or live a mobile lifestyle, often in a host culture. In my private practice, I tend to encounter adult clients who explore their own sense of home and belonging alongside reflecting on their relationships both at home and at work when multiple cultural influences are present.
It is my mission to offer culturally sensitive counselling, coaching, training and resources:
✨ For Parents: Learn how to nurture a strong sense of identity and belonging in your child.
🎓 For Professionals: Gain the tools to support dual and multi-heritage individuals and groups effectively.
🎤 Public Speaking & Training: Engaging talks & workshops for schools, communities, and workplaces.
You’re not just managing differences, you’re nurturing belonging. You know identity isn’t a straight line. It’s layered, fluid, and sometimes 'messy' – especially when our upbringing spans continents, languages, and histories.
That’s where working together can be invaluable to you journey! Below are some of the options I can assist you with:

Joint Vision
My journey into conscious parenting began when I realised that raising children in a multicultural family isn’t just about blending traditions – it’s about respecting individuality and actively tuning in what empowers a sense of self, confidence and belonging.
It takes 'a village' to raise a child but we often see isolation or polarised communities. Let's get together to create spaces where we can openly explore identity, race, culture, and belonging in a way that nurtures resilience and pride in our children and in adult relationships in different contexts. It is my mission that through such work, there are practical tools and inclusive, strengths-based support available for individuals, families, schools, workplaces and communities.
